Separate Service Agreements

Any assessment, testing, validation, advisory or other professional services provided by ShieldPoint are governed by a separate written agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed services agreement regarding those services, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs, illustrations, reports, downloads, page design and software, are owned by or licensed to ShieldPoint and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print Site content for your own internal, non-commercial business use, provided you do not remove proprietary notices or modify the content. No other right or license is granted unless ShieldPoint provides written permission.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Site in violation of applicable law or another party’s rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, accounts or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, availability or performance of the Site.
• Introduce malware, malicious code or other harmful material.
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest or extract Site content or data except as permitted by applicable law or ShieldPoint in writing.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation or authority when submitting information through the Site.
• Use ShieldPoint names, marks or content in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

Information You Submit

When you submit information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Please do not submit confidential, classified, export-controlled or highly sensitive information through a general website form unless ShieldPoint has expressly instructed you to do so.

Third-Party Links and Resources

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources for convenience. ShieldPoint does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SHIELDPOINT DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

References to standards, frameworks, risks, controls or security practices are informational and do not guarantee compliance, certification, risk elimination or a particular security outcome.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShieldPoint LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

Governing Law
